An exploration of Ignitons, fringe consciousness science, and the future of biohacking with Ashley Grace
Ashley Grace (Igniton) and Jonathan Roseland (Limitless Mindset) explore the science behind quantum-enhanced supplements
Last year, I wrote a Sci-Fi/Cyberpunk novel about Biohacking and philosophy, wherein exotic solar particles — tachyons — harvested at CERN, in Switzerland, are used to alter consciousness and dramatically enhance human cognition.
And, science fiction doesn't remain fiction for long. For the past two months, I've been on a cognitive enhancement stack, IgniCognition, unlike any I've tried before: it contains ignitons (which is not just a cool marketing name — it's short for eNPQ quasi-particle), which are tachyonic solar particles originally discovered in a private lab near CERN.
So you can think of ignitons in the same vein as neutrinos or the Higgs-Boson particle; something almost infinitely small that is passing through you at this very moment. Ignitons are transmitted by active stars, like our own. And in fact, you may have gotten an extra dose of Ignitons in late January of 2026, just a few days before we recorded this, as the Aurora Borealis lit up the night sky as far south as central Europe.
I interviewed the man behind this Nootropics stack, Ashley Grace. He has an impressive professional pedigree, serving high-level roles in the corporate world and as one of the founders of Charlotte's Web. But what I think makes him most interesting is his relentless curiosity about what I'm going to term: applied pragmatic spirituality. So we're going to bridge the gap here between exotic physics, practical Biohacking, and spirituality.
The Science of Ignitons: From Switzerland to Consciousness
In my conversation with Ashley, we went deep into the technical and theoretical foundations of this stack. It is not every day you encounter a nootropic with a pedigree involving equipment rented from CERN in Switzerland over twenty years ago. This was not a product developed overnight: millions of dollars and decades of research were poured into understanding how these quasi-particles interact with human biology.
The unified field is made up of things that are all around us. Our sun and other stars are giving off plasma, photons, and all kinds of energies. Ignitons are just one of them. Patterns are created through the process of photonic interaction with plasma and electrons, and there is a unique quantum reaction that occurs, which releases these waves of quasi-particles.
— Ashley Grace, Founder of IgnitonTo visualize the effect, Ashley shared a study involving water molecules. On one side was a standard water molecule; on the other, a molecule dissolved with ignitons. The igniton-enhanced molecule showed nearly perfect symmetry and emitted three times the energy, measured in joules.
Because the human body is roughly seventy to eighty percent water, the hypothesis is that the product aligns with our biochemistry on a fundamental level, causing our own bodies to emit more light.
The Mechanism of Action
When asked about the specific mechanism of action, Ashley noted: "We are exciting the hydrogen in the atoms within the supplement ingredients, which is what leads to that outcome." While the exact uptick in bioavailability is still being hypothesized rather than definitively proven, the statistical performance in university studies suggests a powerful alignment with the body.
Clinical Proof and Cognitive Benchmarks
As a Biohacker, I am always looking for the "hard" data to back up the "woo woo" claims. Ashley pointed to three university studies that serve as the backbone for the product's credibility. The first was a classic ninety-day, placebo-controlled trial with eighty participants. The results showed a significant effect on cognitive functions, specifically memory, speed of reaction, and attention.
These are the three pillars of performance for anyone living a digital life. We need episodic and semantic memory so we do not have to rely solely on note-taking software. We need reaction speed to navigate technology efficiently, so we can spend more time enjoying life. And we need attention, which is perhaps the scarcest resource in an age where algorithms are voraciously consuming our executive control.
I personally ran my own benchmarks using Igniton's online cognitive assessment quizzes. After a month on the product, I saw a twenty-nine percent average uptick across six different measures. My greatest gains were in number recall and operational memory, both of which are key indicators of enhanced working memory. While I was also doing Dual N-Back training and optimizing my sleep with a Garmin watch, the university studies suggest that IgniCognition played a significant role in those improved scores.
The Impact on Long Covid
One of the more surprising studies Ashley mentioned was a thirty-day trial involving seventy people, which focused on the cognitive effects of Covid-related brain fog. The study indicated that the igniton-enhanced amino acids helped participants overcome the negative cognitive effects associated with the virus.
Ashley shared his own harrowing experience with long Covid, describing two years of losing his sense of taste and smell, alongside severe vertigo and hearing loss. He credits the introduction of nicotine into his routine as a major turning point in his recovery, which led him to sympathize deeply with those seeking natural solutions for neurological recovery.
Long Covid was devastating to people. I had a front-row seat to it. A lot of folks are experimenting with our product for that. While we shy away from making medical claims, if you read the study, you can draw your own conclusions. It could hopefully play a part in your overall process of recovering.
— Ashley GraceReducing the Biological Cost of Stress
We then pivoted to a 30-day study out of North-Western Medical University in St. Petersburg, which looked at psychological stress through the lens of blood biomarkers and Gas Discharge Visualisation (GDV).
Hard Numbers: IL-6, CRP, and GGT
For biohackers, the blood work is where the truth lies. Ashley walked me through the numbers:
- 37 percent reduction in IL-6, a major inflammatory marker
- 27 percent reduction in CRP (C-reactive protein)
- 13 percent drop in GGT (gamma-glutamyl transferase)
"Stress is a weight that we carry in our marrow and bones. By lowering these markers, we are essentially helping the body stay out of that 'fight or flight' state and extending the maintenance of the human machine."
The Biohacker's Pillars: A Holistic Framework
One thing Ashley and I agree on is that there are no "magic bullets." A supplement is only one part of a larger architecture of health. Ashley outlined four pillars that he believes are essential for brain health: diet, exercise, meditation or prayer, and supplements.
He focuses on organic and gluten-free foods, noting that what we often call a "gluten allergy" is frequently a reaction to glyphosate and other toxins in our food supply. Beyond diet, movement is critical. Ashley noted that when he falls out of his routine, he feels his entire system tightening up, which directly impacts his mental clarity.
The Bathroom Meditation Hack
We also discussed the difficulty people have in finding time for meditation. I shared my own simple life hack for the "busy" person: do not bring your smartphone to the bathroom. In the Roseland household, we treat those few minutes as a meditative moment of gratitude. "Sometimes the only thing to be thankful for is that you can afford that nice, tender, soft, two-ply toilet paper," I told him. "But that is what you are thankful for!"
Ashley echoed this, emphasizing that even five minutes of "noticing" something you are grateful for can change your internal state. He shared a powerful anecdote about how this heightened state of consciousness helped him manage a potentially explosive family situation over the holidays.
I literally was outside of my body. To me, I was processing all of this, and I was saying to myself: 'Hey, now is your chance. How do you want to handle this situation?' Rather than snapping in anger, I just turned, looked at that person, and smiled. That changed the reality for everybody in the room in a positive way.
— Ashley GraceApplied Pragmatic Spirituality
Ashley's background is rooted in high-level corporate roles and the founding of Charlotte's Web, but his current focus is on what I call "applied pragmatic spirituality." This involves bridging the gap between quantum physics and the ancient concepts of life force, such as Prana or the "World Spirit" referred to in ancient Egypt.
We discussed the Maharishi Effect, a series of experiments from the 1970s and 80s that suggested collective meditation could influence social reality. Ashley cited two events sponsored by Gaia where groups meditated with the intention of lowering crime rates in Washington, D.C., and Louisville, Kentucky. In both cases, the crime rate dropped significantly — twenty-seven percent and forty-seven percent, respectively.
Ignitons help you get to a higher level of consciousness where you can get to that outcome more easily. You can get to that area of gratitude and concern for your fellow man. The media wants to keep us in fear, but we are all free to opt out of that reality at any time.
— Ashley GraceThe Future of Biohacking: From Sci-Fi to Fact
It was fascinating to see the parallels between Ashley's work and the fictional world I created in my novel, where tachyons are used to enhance human cognition. In my book, these particles are harvested at CERN, just as the research for this product began with equipment rented from CERN.
We even touched on the more exotic possibilities, such as using monoatomic gold substrates in combination with tachyons. While Ashley noted that the rising price of gold might be an economic barrier, he admitted that such concepts are "spot on the radar" of what they believe is possible in the future.
We also discussed the simulation hypothesis and the "observer effect" in quantum physics. The idea that we might be characters in a computer game running on the "RAM of God's mind" is a compelling one for anyone interested in hacking reality.

Investing in the High-Leverage Self
As you can tell, I really like what Igniton is about, so I've included them in the illustrious ranks of Limitless Mindset Secret Society partners. The product is not cheap; it is a "low three-figure" investment per month. However, I believe it makes sense if viewed as a "sunk cost" investment attached to meaningful personal growth practices. Just as you would not take a pre-workout supplement and then sit on the couch, you should not take a cognitive enhancer without a specific goal or practice in mind.
Ashley and I both lost grandfathers to dementia, and that shared experience drives a lot of our passion for this work. I often say that when a human being dies, a library burns. It is a tragedy when that library of knowledge and wisdom burns before someone even leaves this life.
We are about preserving the wisdom. I think back to my own kids and the wisdom their grandparents shared with them. That gets overlooked. If we can address the negative implications of stress on our bodies, we can prolong life and also have a better life. It is not just about having a longer life; it is about having a better, longer life.
— Ashley GraceFor the person who is struggling with consistency in their spiritual or personal growth practices, this stack might be the catalyst needed to bridge the gap between where they are and the high-leverage person they want to become. Whether it is through the science of quasi-particles or the simple act of leaving your phone behind for five minutes of gratitude, the goal is the same: to reclaim our attention and elevate our consciousness.
