How your internal state shapes the world around you — and the physics behind it.
You know how sometimes you walk into a room and everything just clicks? You're "on" and you can feel it. Or, sometimes it just feels off, even before anyone says a word?
Many of us chalk this up to "vibes" or "energy." And we are correct — there is something deeper going on all around us. There's an actual pattern to it. A rhythm. A frequency.

Our CMO, Ashley Grace, shared about running into an old friend at a gathering. Someone he hadn't seen in years. This person was smart, thoughtful, totally plugged into what's happening in the world, and absolutely consumed by it. Everything he said had this weight to it. The conversation felt braced for catastrophe.
It was classic low vibration overload. This is what "the news" does to people by design. Ashley decided to talk to his friend about the power of high vibrations. Not in a "woo woo" way, but in terms of physics.
"If you want to change the world, start by changing yourself."
— This is what they are talking about.
The Baby Pool Experiment
Think about it like this: picture a baby pool of water with 10 people standing around it. They each rest the fingers of one hand into the water with their direction being to move their fingers as slowly as possible in the water. A slow, low vibration is created. The water responds as little ripples form around each finger, and the surface of the water is barely disturbed with slow waves.
Low frequency: Slow, steady, barely disturbing the surface
Now imagine another person approaches and puts their fingers in and starts moving them fast. A single, faster (higher) vibration is introduced to a larger group of low vibrations. What happens?
High frequency: One source transforms the entire field
The fast vibration rhythm consumes the slow ripples and the surface of the water responds with fast waves. Despite 10 people putting off a low vibration into the water, just 1 person bringing a higher vibration changes the reality of the water in an instant to a higher frequency.
That's what we do to each other.
This is what we do to the world.
The Physics of Presence
Our nervous systems aren't sealed off. They're like tuning forks. Whatever we're carrying inside becomes the signal we broadcast. If we're constantly rehearsing fear, anger, and panic, those (low) frequencies don't just stay locked inside us — they spill out and merge with the low vibrations that the media constantly surrounds us with.
By remaining in fear, anger and anxiety, we are actually maintaining the status quo by holding humanity in a low frequency.
If we work on being grateful, loving and joyful, those higher vibrations must (by definition) overcome the lower vibrations that are present all around us — just like with the fast waves in the baby pool.
And it only takes one of us emitting high vibrations to impact the reality of many others around us. Imagine what is possible to the global billions once mere millions of us figure this out.
This is not theory — this is physics!
The Path to Higher Frequency
What you hold onto becomes your state. Your state becomes your presence. Your presence shapes the space around you.
The world gives us a million reasons to stay tight and anxious. But, the way to change the horrors we hear about in our world is not to be scared or angry (these low frequencies literally perpetuate it) — rather it is to be grateful for the little things in our lives.
The clean glass of water
The warm bed
The love of our family
Staying positive isn't about pretending everything's fine in the world. It's a practice and it's about emitting the highest frequency we can. Gratitude is the place to start. We all have something in our lives that we are thankful for.
The Frequency Ladder
This isn't just poetic language. Your heart creates an actual electromagnetic field. Your brain syncs up with the patterns around it. Others feel it when they are around you.
So it's not a question of whether you're influencing the room. It's how.
Whatever you're holding inside doesn't stay there. It becomes the water everyone else is standing in.
"If you want to change the world, start by changing yourself."
Ashley's friend thanked him profusely for this insight saying:
"It's physics!"
